Ø      List your property on 1, 2 or 3 different internet rental sites including availability calendar and guest book

Ø      Respond to all rental inquiries received both by phone and/or email usually within hours

Ø      Obtain signed rental agreement from renter

Ø      Obtain certified funds from renter including booking and security deposits

Ø      Arrange for easy check in and check out

Ø      Arrange for turnover cleaning services & any other special cleaning services needed ie. Carpet cleaning

Ø      Update each website monthly recommending competitive specials for slow periods

Ø      Issue you a check monthly

Ø      Return security deposit to renters 7 to 10 days following checkout inspection

Ø      Follow up with renters to secure future repeat bookings

OVERVIEW

It is the little extras that will make your condo stand out from the rest. We encourage all property owners to offer their guests that little something special – a complimentary bottle of wine on check in, complimentary restaurant or attraction gift certificates, starter basket of coffee, tea & condiments. VROM recommends that in addition to choosing an enrollment plan that you spend some time deciding on an amenity package to best suit your needs. Arrangements for all of these types of services can be handled by VROM for a small fee – please see our FAQ’s for a complete description. VROM is able to offer your renters the added advantage of using any major credit card to secure their booking (standard credit card fee payable by property owner). 

GOLD SERVICE

Our most popular plan. Each property is listed with three (3) Internet rental sites. Each site is updated monthly. It stands to reason the more sites your property is listed on the more rentals that will be generated. On enrollment, property owner will receive a welcome binder outlining information and rules of the condo, local attractions, dining establishments, activities such as golf and fishing and coupons for guests use. A laminated – at a glance – instruction sheet specific to each property is supplied on enrollment for posting on the refrigerator.  We also design your personal web page to host additional photos of your property linked to each of your Internet rental sites for renters who want to see more.  

Enrollment fee: $500.00 per property.

SILVER SERVICE

Enrollment fee: $400.00 per property

BRONZE SERVICE

Each property is listed on one (1) Internet rental site. Site is updated monthly. Includes welcome binder described above. Does not include brochure/web page. 

Enrollment fee: $300.00 per property
